1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions (T&C) form an agreement between you and LTCHouse.com.
1.2 The T&C took effect on November 1st, 2020.
1.3 You must read the T&C before using the site's services. If you don't agree, you cannot use the services.
1.4 Registering or visiting the site means you accept the T&C.
1.5 The site may change the T&C at any time.

2. Liability

2.1 We will not compensate you or be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss of opportunities, income, profits, business, contracts, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, or data corruption. This includes but is not limited to playing or using the site.
2.2 If we are held liable, our total liability to you will not exceed the value of your bets/wagers or €500, whichever is lower.
2.3 We recommend you verify the service's compatibility with your computer before using and protect against harmful programs through anti-virus software.
2.4 We are not responsible for site malfunctions caused by force majeure events (e.g. social unrest, network disruptions, industrial issues, DDOS attacks) and our service will be deemed suspended during such events. Our site will make efforts to resolve the issues.

3. T&C Breach & Changes

3.1 The site reserves the right to change the T&C at any time. Using the services after changes are posted means you accept them.
3.2 We may suspend/terminate your account without prior notice if we believe you breached a material term of the T&C. Notice will be promptly provided.

4. Your Obligations

4.1 You must be over 18 years old (or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding legal agreement. We may request proof of age.
4.2 You must not access the site or use the service if you are not of legal capacity.
4.3 You cannot use VPNs, proxies, or similar services to mask your location.
4.4 You must be an authorized user of the payment method you use.

5. Restricions on Use

5.1 You are under 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
5.2 You are unable to legally agree with us or act as an agent for someone under 18.
5.3 Access to online gambling is prohibited in your country.
5.4 You are located in any of the following countries: USA, France and its territories, Belize, Belarus, UK, Cyprus, Malta, Netherlands, Curacao, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Australia, Saba, Aruba, Spain, Sint Maarten.
5.5 You plan to engage in any illegal activity.
5.6 You plan to scrape our odds or violate our intellectual property rights.
5.7 You plan to sell or transfer your account to third parties.

6. Account Creation

6.1 To place bets and play games on our Site, you must create an account.
6.2 Account creation is prohibited in the above-mentioned countries and use of the Site from these countries is also not allowed.
6.3 When creating an account, you'll need to provide your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
6.4 Your account must be in your own name and with correct information. You're only allowed one account. Any additional accounts will be considered multiple records and can be closed immediately. All transactions made through multiple accounts will be considered invalid, all deposits and bets will be returned, and all benefits and bonuses may be lost or you may be asked to return withdrawals.
6.5 If you wish to create another account, contact us via email. The old account will be closed once a new one is created.

7. Your Account

7.1 Protect and keep your account information up-to-date.
7.2 We may close or suspend your account if we reasonably suspect non-compliance with T&C, or to maintain service integrity/fairness or for other reasonable reasons. Notice may not always be given. Closure/suspension due to non-compliance may result in voiding bets and withholding funds (including deposits).
7.3 We reserve the right to reject, limit, cancel, or restrict any wager at any time for any reason, including suspected fraudulent bets to bypass regulations and limits.
7.4 Any mistakenly credited amounts remain our property. We'll notify you if we become aware of such mistakes and they'll be withdrawn from your account.
7.5 Report any account errors to us immediately.

8. Site Play

8.1 All transactions will be processed in the language in which it was initiated.
8.2 Ensure transaction details are accurate.
8.3 View transaction history through the Site.
8.4 We reserve the right to terminate proceedings at any time and discretion. Transactions are only valid if approved by us. If no confirmation email received, contact support.
8.5 Bets cannot be cancelled without written consent from us once confirmed.

9. Account Deactivation

9.1 To close your account, send an email from your registered email to our support email.

10. Inactive Accounts

10.1 An inactive account is one that has not been logged into/out of for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to charge a monthly admin fee of EUR 10 or its equivalent in other currency (or the current balance if lower).
10.2 Authorize us to deduct this fee from your inactive account at the start of each month that the account remains inactive, until the balance is zero or the account is re-activated.

11. Deposit/Withdrawal

11.1 Withdrawals have a daily limit of $1,000 (eqivalent to LTC value) and can only be made with LTC, ingameitems.
11.2 Deposits have a daily limit of $500 (eqvivalent to LTC) and can only be made in LTC (Litecoin).

12. Errors & Faults

12.1 If our systems or processes have errors or malfunctions, all bets will be null. We're not accountable for errors caused by hardware/software you use or access, or by your internet service provider.
12.2 We reserve the right to recover from you any overpaid amount and adjust your account to correct any mistakes, such as incorrect pricing or incorrect event result. If there's insufficient funds in your account, we may require payment for any erroneous bets or wagers. We may cancel, reduce or delete any pending plays, whether or not they're made with funds from the error.
12.3 Maintenance or fixing of software or hardware failures may require temporary suspension of the Site or its parts.

13. Responsibility

13.1 Using our Site and its services is your choice and discretion, and you assume all risks.

14. Communications & Notices

14.1 All communications and notices between you and us, under the T&C, must be in writing, in English, and sent to/from the registered email address in your account.
14.2 You may receive emails from us regarding betting, promotions, and other Site-related information. By agreeing to the T&C when creating your account, you agree to receive these emails. You can opt-out by contacting support.

15. Uncontrollable Circumstances

15.1 We're not liable for any failure or delay in Site service due to events beyond our control, despite reasonable preventative measures taken. Such events include (but not limited to): acts of God, trade or labor disputes, power outages, government failure or omission, telecommunication disruptions, or delays caused by third parties. We're not responsible for any loss or damage due to such events and may cancel or suspend Site services without incurring liability.

16. Uncontrollable Circumstances

16.1 If we suspect that you are under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), or if you were under that age when placing bets on our site, we reserve the right to close your account immediately. We will investigate and, if proven, retain any winnings credited to your account and return or retain all non-winning deposits at our sole discretion. We may deduct transaction fees from returned amounts.
16.2 Please note that this applies if you are over 18 but placing bets in a jurisdiction with a legal betting age higher than 18, and you are below that legal minimum age.

17. Illegal Activities

17.1 We will seek legal and criminal action against customers involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts and withhold payments if suspected. The customer must indemnify us and pay any costs, charges, or losses we incur due to their actions.
17.2 We will take steps to prevent and detect illegal activities and are not responsible for any damages or losses from such activities.
17.3 If we suspect illegal or inappropriate activity, we reserve the right to share your information with authorities, other gaming sites and operators, online service providers, and financial institutions.
17.4 If you suspect illegal activity on our site, please inform us via email.

18. Site Usage

18.1 You must not use the Site’s services or chat in a manner that is insulting, obscene, racist, discriminatory, or offensive. Avoid offensive language or images and don't disrupt other users or Site employees.
18.2 Don't introduce viruses, worms, or other harmful elements to the Site. Spamming or bulk emailing is strictly forbidden. Don't interfere with or change the Site or any information contained within it.
18.3 The Site is for entertainment purposes only. Don't copy any part of the Site.
18.4 Don't conduct DDOS attacks or any other negative actions. If you're involved in such activities, relevant authorities will be contacted and your identity information will be shared, resulting in immediate termination of your Site usage rights.
18.5 Selling, sharing, or transferring player accounts to others is forbidden.
18.6 Accounts, including assets such as winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and claims, cannot be transferred, sold, pledged, or given to another person in any way, shape, or form, including but not limited to encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and gifting with third parties, companies, individuals, foundations, or associations.

19. Intellectual Property

19.1 All website design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, software compilations, source code, and materials are subject to our copyright and other proprietary rights, or those of our third-party suppliers. Materials on the Site can be downloaded for personal use on a single computer, but not for commercial purposes.
19.2 Our (or our third-party suppliers’) rights are not transferable, assignable, or licensable to Site users.
19.3 Don't reproduce or use any trademarks, trade names, or logos appearing on the Site unless permitted by law.

20. Complaints

20.1 For comments on the Site, first contact customer service.
20.2 In case of disputes, server records will be recognized as the final source to determine the outcome of any claims.
20.3 In case of discrepancy between the user screen result and game server result, game server data will be considered valid and shall prevail. We are the ultimate authority for setting rules and conditions for participating in online games on the Site.
20.4 In case of conflicts, your registered email in your account with us will be used for communication.

21. Divisibility:

21.1 If any portion of these T&C is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be removed, but the rest of the T&C will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Invalid or unenforceable parts will be modified as necessary to align with the original intent.

22. Law and Jurisdiction:

22.1 These T&C are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Curacao, and you irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Curacao to resolve any disputes (including compensation claims and counterclaims) arising from these T&C or any matter connected to them.

23. Responsible Gaming:

23.1 If you want to limit your gambling, there is a voluntary self-restriction option that allows you to close your account or restrict betting on our site. Contact our support for details and see our Self-Exclusion Policy for more information.
23.2 We will assist you in using the self-restraint service, but we are not responsible if we cannot detect or notice your use of the Site.
